Well, I ain't enthralled with the idea of fish genes in tomatoes....or 
Roundup slurping corn varieties....or any of the other "possibilities" 
that are or will soon be realities. 

At the same time, I am 'pessimist' enough to believe that to rail against 
change is futile. What will be, will be. I will tend my garden and my 
time in it on my own terms and in the 'old fashioned' way.
