Well, George, I can remember my own great Grandpa when I 
was 6-y-o, and at that time, altho I never saw him, I did have 
another one (who could still thread a needle at 101...)

When my kids came along, they had 4 greats for a long time,
since both my grandmothers had their first babies at 16. 

Now we're the old fogies, except for my happily remarried
stepmother of 85. Life just marches on...
