Any of you folks living in the Amurican Southwest ever make Pyracantha (Firethorn) jelly. Reading in one of my preserving books and saw a recipe for it. I never even thought that Pyracantha pomes could be edible. Just wondering. George, getting ready to make purple basil jelly this afternoon
