Gee, Penny; I don't know about adding crumbled bacon to this. I'm sure no expert on subject of Indian cookery, but I can't think of anything in this cuisine that uses pork products. Vegetarian for the most part. Somehow, bacon doesn't seem "fittin'." Catharine
