Perfect Potatoes, Cynthia from Bacons Castle
Dig a trench 18 inches deep
2-3 inches of SHREDDED LEAVES
Dirt and a bit of compost up to 6 inches
plant seed potaoes
grow potaotes, let them get a foot tall
keep hilling up potatoes as they grow
Keep well watered, not soggy, just moist
Keep growing and hilling till hill is 18 inches tall
Harvest
