I've never met a real estate agent that didn't *adore* her <bg>.

Purchasers are not
company and lots of them feel uncomfortable being in your house
anyway and looking in your closets (that's why WE open the doors
to point out the size, organizer, whatever <snip>

Nicely put. I would sooner die than be around when somebody is poking his
head into my closets and trying to look "casual" while trying to locate
where I have hid the television set(s) (I keep it in a closet...I simply
don't watch tv and it does give me a giggle to watch people try to find
where I have mine stashed.
