Hi Gardeners,
    I just wanted every one to know how nice Cathy in S.C. is. I
received a package in the mail yesterday with 4 lbs. of Yellow Eye
Beans!! Thank you so much Cathy. I have looked high and low in Texas for
Yellow Eye Beans, but did not find any.
    I have 2 lbs of them soaking overnight for supper tonight. Yellow
Eye Beans, ham and cornbread with fresh green onions out of the garden.
Heavenly!
    I am saving one pound of them to plant come spring. If they grow
like green beans or pintos, I'll have Yellow Eye Beans in perpetuity.
     Cathy, I'd like to thank you again. If there is something similar
here in Texas that I can send to you, just let me know. Want an Emu?
