One good place to start is with Richters -- www.richters.com  They carry a
fantastic array of herbs, some veggie seeds and a lot of flowers that
really are herbs.  Kristl Walek has a fantastic catalog, too.  I don't
recall her address, but I'll bet you can find it via www.ICanGarden.com/
