Margaret It's a whole lot easier to think metric: 1/100 of a liter (1000 ml, just a bit over a quart) is 10 ml. And by some major coincidences between the two systems, 1 tsp is 5 ml (for all intents and purposes). So a scant 2 tsp bleach per quart of water or 2 tsp per liter. Kay Lancaster kay@fern.com
