Byron, we get the hurricanes, but otherwise, I certainly do agree with
your wonderful evaluation of life in the NE. Only place to live -- in
fact,
we're seriously considering retiring further north, since evidently the
Mason-Dixon line has shifted, and we don't get enuff snow anymore.
