Hi Penny and Bryon,
    I couldn't retire and move north to NE. I would be so bored. No
poisonous bugs, no snakes, no thorns on the plants, no tornados, no
hurricanes, no real BBQ, no real Chili, no heat waves, no drought. Too many
no-no's.{;-)
