The first time, the idler pulley arm fell off.  When I got it back,
they had put a belt on backwards, so the tines wouldn't
engage.  After working for 20 minutes or so, the tines
quit engaging again, but the belt is still on correctly, so it's
something else now.

T-minus-1:44 and counting....
