Young sweetcorn (to about the 8 leaf stage) transplants fine...
generally about the time the prop roots start getting prominent, it's
harder to transplant.
Ginny, in cold soils, I think you'll find a little fungicide is useful
around sweetcorn seedlings. You see lots of plastic cloches over corn
around here, where the soil temps tend to be pretty low till about end of
June.
