Just got up from the table and decided to check the email box. Did I
ever fix a good meal tonight. Here's what was cooked: Took my big T-Fal
skillet, light coat of spray olive oil, tipped in some bass fillets a
friend dropped off, the fillets were lightly coated with a mix of
paprika and cayenne. Cooked until flesh flaked easily with a wooden
fork. Took out the small wok, heated it with a little hot sesame oil,
tipped in half a very large 1015Y onion, chopped medium, two green
pimiento peppers, sliced thin, about 4 cloves of minced garlic, and a
peeled slivered black Spanish radish, when those were translucent I put
in the package of edible gourd removed from the freezer just moments
before. About the time that was ready I put in 1/4 cup of nastursium
vinegar from last year and a dash of white pepper. As another side dish
I cooked a small pot of green beans fresh from the garden lightly
embellished with green onion from the same bed. With a slice of freshly
baked bread and a glass of lemonade made from the juice of our lemons it
was an excellent meal. Miz Anne is still groaning around the family room
and Miss Sleepy Dawg is passed out under the desk. Blooming dog just
loves stir fried veggies.

I'm trying to lose some weight so only ate one piece of fish and lots of
veggies. No dessert for us, too much good stuff to eat.

In the words of Jack Brooks, ex-Congress Critter from Texas, "Y'all have
a good suppah, heah!"

Side note: My eldest grandchild graduates from high school next week,
does this mean I'm getting old? ;-)
