I just came in from the garden and found a catepillar on my chives. It's about 1" long, has a bright red/orange head the body is bright yellow. It has 2 hairy antennae coming out of the head and near the back end is another black hairy spike. Before the spike at the back are 3 reddish orange "bumps", preceding those are 4 yellow "bumps". This catepillar is what I consider hairy, but not like a wooly bear. Does anyone know what this is? Btw, I live in zone 5 in Indiana. Thanks, holly zone 5 zacwinic@mail.netnitco.net
