No, Jill -- we do not have a lower drain. Have to lift the vac
with water up to the "laundry tubs". 

I mentioned the idea to Jimmie last night, and right away he
has decided to experiment with a loose pump he has in the
shop. And also right away, he forgot. 

We shall see...
