Our two "boys" are really good about not bothering the xmas tree. Thought
they might "re-decorate" like our daughter's cat does. Between the kitten
and her 16 mo. old son, think she has had a daily task of re-decorating
every day!
I should take photos of Ray's orchids that are in bloom right now and post
them on our web page. He has one yellow cattleya right now that is
absolutely gorgeous. I'm getting a new lens for my camera today (I had to
order it cause he didn't know what I needed/wanted) so may try it out on
the orchids.
My business partner gave him a stepping stone for his garden - quote from
Thomas jefferson - something about an old man but still a young gardner.
Would run upstairs and read it and quote exactly but my knee if still
giving me problems so avoid steps as much as possible.
You all have a great xmas - Harry, your trees sound like MY kind of trees
- we just have two inside - a tall skinny one that I decorated in red,
silver & gold and then a little tree in our foyer as well as the two little
evergreens outside that Ray has lights on. We also have LOTS of
decorations in the house. some of you wil remember me telling about the
car port deck we built a few years ago - well it has white lights strung
all around it as well as the deck next to the house and also a huge wreath.
Seems lots of people have more lights than usual out this year.
