And good luck in Orlando! It's a shame about the hail storm you had, and the damage it caused......I know the heartbreak that can come from storm damage. I just planted the tomatoes and I'm planning on planting squash soon, to try to outwit the squash vine borer. The last 4 or 5 years I planted squash, I got one or two little squash due to the vine borer, so this year I'm going to try to avoid his life cycle by planting late. We won't get our first frost until probably November, so there should be plenty of time. Good luck! Bambi Coastal Carolina As you may remember, we had a hail storm that hit and garden damage = was bad. Yellow squash seams to be hurt the worst. I think the storm weaken = them enough to let the vine borer have his way. They are producing, but = their days are limited. Any comments on replanting them at this time?
