Hello, again, Penny.

Take some fresh tortillas and fry them until crisp. Failing that, go to
your local market and look for some tortilla strips in the section in
which they sell potato chips. Here we have them in various flavors, with
chili/lime being one of my favorites. But plain ones work beautifully,
too.
