All they do is pass it on to the user, Everytime ours gets fined, the rates
go up.
They haven't learned how to fine them so that it really hurts them and not
the consumer.
Thanks you can have the heat, Spent a summer in GA, 1 in Jersey, about 6 in
DC. Back to the mountains for me.
