Well, Craig -- I had no idea that I had so many Chinese dumpling
'skins' -- I haven't fixed homemade dim sum in over five years..!
And there were a few more unexpected items, like the Italian
rolled beef whatchamacallits from Costco which I fixed tonite --
can't say much for them, unfortunately.  Besides that, I must never
have looked in that freezer for my instant rice backup -- I found
six quart jars of 'em, on the door!  Jimmie insists upon rice, potato 
or spaghetti with every dinner (it would never occur to me...) and
so when I have forgotten until the last minute, I rush for the Minute
Rice. 

You know, my son used to come home from school, open the
front door and sing out, in many decibels: 

WHAT'S THE STARCH FOR DINNER, MA....????

He came by it honestly.
