At 12:30 am, Tuesday, November 7, 2000, Nicholas Nelson Shirley was born
into
our family. He weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz and his hair, what there is of it, is
dark.
This is the fifth, and probably final, grandchild for Miz Anne and I. We now
have three boys and two girls in the garden of life.
Next month our first great-grandchild is to be born. Zoe Robertson is the
tentative name.
Life is very good.
