Well, I reckon. I would be mightily upset too and calling my Public Service
Commissioner. The one for my area of Louisiana hides when his staff say I'm
calling so I just call him at home about 2 in the morning. He's a public
servant, aka elected politician, the nerve of him sleeping when constituents
have a bone to pick. <VBG>
