Just got off the phone with Allen and he is doing pretty good considering his
health problems. We talked for nearly 30 minutes and he promises he will try to
get back to talking to us on the list. He seemed rather pleased that people he's
never met would be concerned about him. He is still facing surgery as the
surgery he was scheduled for was delayed. Not able to do much in the garden and
spends a lot of time in his hospital bed at home.
I told him we all wished him well and wanted to see him "visiting" with us on
the list if at all possible.
