Ron and Penny,

My mom just turned 77 on Feb 6 and we are gathering here on Sunday for her
Birthday Dinner. I am planning to make Couscous, a tagine or two, etc.
Sometimes I make Chicken with lemons and olives, or lamb with honey and
almonds and a tagine of chicken or lamb. I think I might even make Bastilla
with Cornish game hens as pigeon isn't easy to find. Anyway, any suggestions
as to a favorite recipe? I will arrange the couscous in a large earthen dish
from Andorra. It is about 18" diameter and glazed inside. I will add the
garbanzos and carrots and maybe artichoke hearts. But I am really open for
suggestions of your favorite ideas.

When our family gets together I often do a Cassoulet (New Year's Day),
Bouillabaisse, or a Paella as if you're going to all the work you better be
having a crew to eat it! LOL
