Received the Feb-March issue of Kitchen Gardener the other day, and cover shows an herb gardener on knees, snipping at her "herbs." Okay, what herbs are those? I know lovage is in back, but I don't recognize the leaves in the foreground. Is that a kind of spinach? Thanks, Margaret L
