This is probably true, but there has been a sharp drop in the number of
dying birds since the water was drained from the new marsh.  The fish should
still be there, but maybe they are less concentrated when mixed in with the
rest of the fish population in the lake.  There was a fish kill, but it was
not as big or alarming as the number of birds that were killed.  At least it
was not reported as such.
