Of course you may forward my message, Anne -- when
Ranchmama put the question to me, I just sat here and
spoke the thoughts which had been swarming thru my
head . .   

Some people are going to attempt to return to work in 
the area on Monday -- my brother-in-law Peter, for instance.
I cannot imagine how he will even reach the place!  He 
usually drives in from upstate, 2 hours each way daily, and
arrives at his office by 7:30am. He will have to take the train 
in to Grand Central Station, and then walk ...<?>... downtown
the rest of the 3 or 4 miles. It will be interesting.
