Bargyla, if all U.S. citizens who live in cold country moved to California, 
there'd be no sun because tall apartment houses would block it out.  You 
must have noticed traffic grew much heavier over the past 40 or 50 years. 
If all lived there traffic would just be at a standstill.  Smog would be so 
horrific the life expectancy of humans would drop by decades.  Some of us 
like brisk weather and a change of seasons.  The other reason it's a good 
thing we don't all live in California is that with that much weight, it 
might snap off and drift north more quickly or tip into the ocean.  Margaret L
