Thank you all for the help with URL's and other advice on TA. We have good news, the blood tests
came back negative for TA and the X-rays show a deep seated sinus infection on the side of DW's head
that the headaches occur on. The doctor now thinks that a regimen of drugs will knock out the
infection and help her with the headaches. He does say that there is some scarring of the sinus in
that area that may cause her to have headaches but probably not as severe. We are both grateful she
doesn't have to go on steroids for a few years and that there is no danger of blindness at this
time.

I am a wee bit ticked at the doctor for making such a strong case for TA without all the cards being
on the table though.

Thank you all again.

George
