Hi, George, I am glad to hear she is doing so well! Ain't it amazing what happens when one lender sells a note to another! I am just glad we are now paying our own property taxes, which are 1.25% of our purchase price, and which can go up, I believe, 2% every ten years or so, to compensate for the costs rising for the various associated items like street lighting, etc. It's nice to be in control!
