Hi, hope everyone is feeling well! Been working nonstop and will post a
quick note b4 bed.

Open document you want to copy. Left click and hold and drag over text
you want to copy in opened document. Release mouse button and *right*
click with cursor inside the blue highlighted text. Choose 'copy' (you
will seldom want *cut*) from the menu that appears.
Open a new message in your email program. Left click where you want
the copied text to start (in the body of your message). *right* click
and choose paste from the menu that appears. you should be all set.

You can use the dropdown menu (usually in EDIT) for the copy and paste
functions in most programs, but that involves dragging the mouse around
a lot more.

I use the mouse instead of the control keys cause I can never remember
which is which, the dropdown menu pops up right next to the cursor when
I use right click.

Hope this helps,

See you in a few days,
Matt in Norfolk, Virginia
