I have used the    10-10-811 for a long time. 
I can't find the  number to call  for this service tonight.  Don't think you 
have to  know that. I never signed up for  anything..just dial  10-10 811 
plus 1 plus area  code  plus the number I am calling. This service is .05 a 
minute.  At least  last time I used it. 
Now I use my cell phone for long distance  to friends. For gardening  and 
seed  I use their  1-800 number offered by the companies.
If you are intrested I will try to find the  *home * number for this service 
tomorow. To tired tonight!
