Hi, Margaret,

One can do so many things with pomegranate molasses, that the list is
nearly endless. If you eat pork, put a little on it when it is served.
Or, if you grill eggplants, mix some  with olive oil, salt, pepper and
crushed garlic and serve it as a sauce for the eggplant.
