You are absolutely right, Ron. I wanted to cover the holes with
very fine meshed ground cloth, but Jimmie realistically says that
every time the water level rises, the cloth will rise -- and conversely,
everytime it lowers, the cloth will sink -- and the darned mosquito
larvae will still find a breeding place to call home. (Penny)
