Hello, Penny, I have been giving them away to all takers. I brought in about 40 to my office this week, which were snapped up instantly. I also bring them to church, and am thinking of putting a basket of them out where they serve coffee after church. I will try drying some and making some up into holiday goodies, as soon as they become softer. The Fuyu, as you may be aware, can be eaten when crisp, as it is non astringent; or one can wait until it gets squishy ripe, when it is even more divine:) Ron
