You may want to go to this page and check out the catalog companies. I
can't vouch for the accuracy of the outfit doing the appraisal of them
but it seems legit and the appraisals are done by gardeners like us.
Totally Tomatoes doesn't get a very good rating but Tomato Growers
Supply has a good rating. IIRC I ordered from Totally Tomatoes a few
years ago and had poor germination and got seeds totally different than
those I ordered. Stopped using them myself. Go here to check out catalog
