Out and about today enjoying the sunshine and the heat, must have been
about 75F at about 3 pm. Pulled some of the weeds from the herb garden
and the main garden and checked the soil, still pretty soggy. Had to
open up the greenhouse as even with the fan running it was over 100F
inside there. Luckily the plants we have had in there all winter thrive
in the heat.

Tomorrow we will pull some more weeds and take out some wire Miz Anne
had up between the steel fence posts for stuff to grow on. I bought
another 60 feet of nylon garden netting this winter and I will be
putting it up soon. Something for the cukes, etc to grow on rather than
letting them creep along the ground.

We're both starting to feel better with the heat coming back, Miz Anne's
cold is getting better and my arthritic bones are feeling good again.
Even Sleepy Dawg likes it, she laid on the grass in the sunshine while
we weeded and chatted, only getting up to chase squirrels or birds that
encroached on her turf. A very nice day indeed.

Life is good.
