It's fascinating to hear what you all see in your back yards. :) When we went on a 2-week camping adventure last fall to parts of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona, we were absolutely thrilled to wake up one morning with our tent surrounded by a herd of mule deer. They were so curious and quiet. There was also a doe with twin fawns who came every day around noon to the watering hole near our tent - amazing to be only a few feet away from them. The first night of camping I woke up to the sound of coyotes and, never having heard them, thought "either this is coyotes or a wild band of headhunters coming to get us." :0 When a few minutes passed and my head was still intact, I relaxed and enjoyed the song. :) Also of some amazement to us were the cattle wandering around everywhere...:) billie -- billie hinton "A good traveller has no fixed plans and is not intent on arriving."
