[gardeners] Wanted!

Every have a desire to be someone important! Want to get your name out
in front of 92 people regularly? If the answer is yes I've got a deal
for you. I'm looking for a new listowner for Gardeners as I've been
doing it for nearly six years now.
Here's the bad part of it: you have to be part cop, part father
confessor, and very vigilant in dealing with flamers, spamers, and other
n'er-do-wells. In addition the blasted server bounces all non-member
messages it receives and guess who gets them? That's right the
listowner. The original owner was worried about someone wanting to join
and not getting a chance. I'm not that way as I have all bounces
filtered straight to the trash can. Very few spams, hardly any flames,
lots of nice people, most of whom don't post on a regular basis.
If you are interested, maybe two of you could do it together, drop me an
email off list and we'll try to set it up. If no one bites the list will
be shut down for good within thirty days. I will post instructions for
subscribing to another, very good, fairly low volume garden list prior
to closure.
