[tomato] Early blight?

After a 2-week period of near constant rain fall and absurdly low temps
(sweater weather in June here in the eastern mid-atlantic region) some of my
plants, mainly the Brandywines (which I REALLY want to get fruit out of this
year for a change) but also Improved Early Girl are beginning to get brown
splotches on the lower leaves. Early blight, I suppose, at least according
to info I pull off of the net.

Any suggested remedies? I'm not above nuking with fungicide if its the only
way out but would rather use something less toxic.
