Blossom Set is a hormone that tricks the plant into thinking that a blossom
has actually been pollinated. The blossom in question will actually produce
fruit but that fruit will have few if any seeds.

You most be very careful not to spray the foliage as the chemical will
cause damage there. The product works to an extent when weather is too
cold or too hot for proper pollination. I tried it once and will not buy
again.
