That's interesting. American Hort society advertised this book, I ordered
it, and was told it wouldn't be released until April, and would be sent at
that time. I'm looking forward to it, but won't hold my breath.

It will be a good addition to the list of books about tomatoes. The author
(Carolyn Male) has been an active seed saver for many years. I've heard two
revised dates for publication -- mid-summer and November. Worth the wait,
imho.

Brooklyn Botanic Gardens book on tomatoes is still the best general intro.
to the topic (imho). Firefly has an excellent intro. title, as well. Shep
Ogden's new title (out in next couple of weeks) is another great reference.
Ogden handles the entire topic of vegetable growing, not just tomatoes,
however. But the information on bed prep, trellis structures, garden
management, and overall philosophy of growing can't be beat.
