[tomato] Mildew question...

My tomatoes all had a mildew on them that I was able to get rid of by
removing infected leaves and by spraying with Daconil.
One of my tomatoes is a determinate bush type (Better Bush Pink) though
and I hate to remove more leaves because it is slow to replace them. There
are still spots on the plant's leaves that look like little canker sores from
the bottom and yellow spots when viewed from the top.
Should I go ahead and remove all these leaves too? It is starting to get
rainy again...can the mold reactivate? I would be removing about 80% of the
leaves, but am willing to bite the bullet if it's in the best interest of the
plant.
I had to remove a similar percentage from the indeterminates, but I
didn't mind and they have done a good job of growing new leaves.
Thanks as always for all the great advice,
