There's a real treasure for tomato nuts hiding on the web: Pomodori di
Marianna, AKA Marianne's Tomatoes. Marianne is an experienced and respected
seedsaver who offers organically grown seeds for over 200 varieties of
heirloom and O.P. tomatoes. She grows out 100% of her own seed in Dickson
Tennessee (especially good for those of us who live in the South, since her
seed is already aclimatized to growing conditions in a good bit of the
South).

Her web address is: http://home.earthlink.net/~pomodoridimarianna/

We were talking on the phone this morning and she let me know she's going to
have 40-50 new Italian cooking/paste varieties listed in the next couple of
months.

Her prices are very good...most are $1.50 a pack, I think. The quality of
the seed is first-rate. She's a cook, too, so taste is paramount.

Usual disclaimers apply; I have no connection with her company; I'm just a
satisfied customer who is impressed with her understanding of her 'maters
and the varieties she offers.

p.s. - some great pepper varieties, (especially sweet Italian frying types),
too.
