Byron, Check out Kotlas (Johnny's) and Early Tanana (Denali Seeds). Both
are potato leaved and small-habit, but I am not sure whether they fit all
the criteria of "determinate" that I use.  4th of July F1 (Burpee or
Martha Stewart) was the only variety that has consistently performed
better than the above.

More thoughts, but those are the first off the top of my head.
