Monte,

I've had some tomato leaves curl in very hot, dry years when they didn't get
watered properly. It didn't kill the plant and I didn't notice a huge change
in the harvest. Just looked a bit unsightly. Some varieties seem to be extra
susceptible to leaf curling - Tumbler comes to mind.
