My wife is not a CH (where do we find these people ??!) but loves lamb. For her birthday (Jan 6) I'm going to fix a leg of lamb and would like to know if there is a rub that one of y'all would recommend. --- for the lamb, Raul, not for the wife! Get yer own date. I'd also like to know if the method of cooking a roast that was posted a couple of weeks ago would work for lamb. You know the one, the oven is set to 500 then turned off after, what was it, 20 minutes per pound. Its a 7 pound leg. Is that too small for this method? so much to learn, so few legs!!
