Someone awhile ago had asked me about a recipe for spiced nuts, and after some digging, I found one and sent it on. I've just perused a new copy of "The Moosewood Restaurant Book of Desserts" and found another recipe for spiced nuts. They even list cayennes as an optional ingredient!
