I know we had a thread seveal months ago about Beer and Chiles but I have a friend who is just starting out in the home brewing endevor and he sent me the following: Snip N' Paste..... "Hey, thanks for the links. I will check them out today. I was actually going to spend part of the day surfing for some kind of beer brewing troubleshooting site. The beer I am making looks and smells like Miller High Life (barf beer), but I am hoping it's because the beer is only one week old. The good thing is that every time I test it, it has different qualities. I'm hoping to get more experimental with the next batch. I need to determine if chiles work best in ales, stouts, or lagers. Right now I'm thinking a red lager would be good with chile undertones. Let me know if you hear anything to that effect." ************************************ Now I know several of you guys and gals are homebrewers, and have more experience with this sort of thing. What should I tell my friend? If this was covered in depth in the last Beer/Chile thread, please just post to me off the list. Thanks Eric Imildur@aol.com
